We were very fortunate to be asked by Westbank, a charity based in Exmouth to produce a short film about loneliness in Exeter.

The Westbank project, 100 Working Together aims to raise awareness about loneliness in the community and encourage 100 of Exeter’s businesses to contribute to a fund to support the project. Westbank hopes to provide services and support for those people suffering from loneliness, whatever their situation.

Directed by Zoe Clough and presented by for BBC Spotlight newsreader Justin Leigh, the film was shot in March this year, just as things were beginning to open up after the COVID lockdown. It was a privilege to meet some of the contributors and to be able to share their stories.
