Sea Cities Brighton

The Nile, Our River

BBC are producing a new series called Civilisations for 2018 and Wild Dog has won the regional 1/2 hour commission for the South West. The film is being presenter by Nick Baker, directed by Zoe Clough and produced/photographed by Andy Johnstone. Our film is all about the changing perceptions of Dartmoor through art. Busy Summer…

It’s been a busy summer. Producer Director Andrew Johnstone has just completed a 1 hour doc for BBC 2 – a new episode of the returning series Sea Cities which will be TX’d in the spring of 2018. We have also still been busy for BBC Inside Out, including a film about Vigilance, one of the last remaining Brixham Trawlers, as she visited the Old Gaffer’s Festival in the Isle of Wight. Enjoy

Hard times in Karamoja

Our colleague in Kampala, William Odinga, has just written a very interesting piece about the tough choices facing Uganda. With war in Southern Sudan on its doorstep, Uganda has taken in thousands of refugees and this has put pressure on local resources and on the local population. The region is struggling with drought and there are concerns for the future. Read William’s piece in Sunrise.
